The Norwegian Ministry of Defence sponsored Peacepainting and had an exhibition.
The exhibition was held in the department for the United Nations, Peace and Humanitarian Affairs.
The paintings were exchanged regularly to allow more children to participate. Paintings were made by children from Tunisia, Norway and North Korea as well as Finland and Russia.
Some paintings were made by children in a Skolt Sami project carried out in Norway, Finland and Russia.
